Registration forms can be picked up at Great Plains Youth & Family Services, Inc., General Tommy Franks Museum, or Main Street office. Forms can also be downloaded by or by filling out the form below.

Registrations must be turned in by Friday, May 17th at 12:00 p.m.

Late registrations will be accepted from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the registration table prior to the event. No registrations will be accepted after 11:30 a.m.
