Provide, assist & facilitate a community-based, structured process of counseling, socialization, recreation & education assistance to youth & their families who are in need of support adjusting to current life situations. 

WHO ARE WE

 

A non-profit organization, established in 1978 to provide youth & family related programs in Western Oklahoma .  Services are funded through state & federal contracts & grants, contributions from individuals, local government & service organizations.

We Make A Difference Because We CARE!

  • Seeking qualified families to provide host home services to youth
  • Average length of stay is 3 to 30 days
  • $35/day per child
  • Homes must be in Beckham, Greer, Kiowa & Washita Counties
  • Certified & Trained by Great Plains Youth & Family Services, Inc.

November 1st:  7th Annual Pumpkin Palooza in Hobart, OK.

  • Great Plains Youth & Family Services, Inc. is sponsoring the "Lil Mr. & Miss Pumpkin" Contest 10:00am at the Courthouse Square.  Contact the agency for more information.  Registration forms are located at 901 South Broadway in Hobart. 

  • Great Plains Youth & Family Services, Inc. is partnering with the Kiowa County Coalition (KCC) to bring the 1st Annual 5K Run/1Mile Fun Walk to the 7th Annual Pumpkin Palooza Festival in Hobart.  Race beings promptly at 8:30am.  Registration begins at 8:00am.  See the tab at the top of this page for the details.
